Construction Manager:

Job Requirements:

10-15 years experience in managing construction for high rise buildings/hotels.Perform coordination of Owners,Architects,Sub-Contractors and Government liasion.Should be computer friendly to generate reports,schedules.Review/evaluate contractor's bids and award contracts.Conduct meetings as needed to achieve project goals with team members.

Qualifications:

Degreed /Non degreed candidates with extensive experience in the field of high rise building in management of construction activities.

Salary/Benefits:

This position is full-time for a large firm with excellent salary and benefits.Position is located in Chicago.
