Construction Project Controls Manager

Candidates must have at least 15 years of experience in all phases of Project Controls on large E/P/C projects with at least 5 years experience in a supervisory role.

Candidate must be able to provide project controls services in all key project controls disciplines; scheduling, cost engineering, and estimating but with a heavy concentration in cost.

Responsibilities include providing guidance and development towards utilization of Primavera P3 / Microsoft Project schedules including schedule analysis. Coordinate estimate preparation and capital budgeting services. Develop, maintain and manage project cost control and change management programs including project cost analysis, cash flow projections and analysis, and cost forecasting. Responsible for reporting status of the complete project controls program to the project teams and management.

Skill Requirements: Candidate must be customer focused with the ability to adapt to client needs and requirements. Candidate must be able to work well with people in a team environment and also be able to work with a minimum of supervision in a multi-task environment. Candidate must be familiar with Primavera, Microsoft Project, SAP, Microsoft Office Products and have a working knowledge of project cost management systems and procedures.
