CITY: Tampa STATE: Florida COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
Summary Of Position
Responsible for leading the construction services team for assigned sales team to provide support to execute business objectives and goals.
Essential Responsibilities: % Focus
1. Provide daily technical assistance and support to the regional sales force
2. Manage the entire proposal development and implementation process (estimating, project management). Provide daily technical assistance and support to the regional sales force.
3. Manage the estimator, project manager and CAD Manager.
4. Drive specific technical initiatives to improve processes.
5. Interface with the Contracts department in order to insure compliance with Federal, State and Local laws.
6. Critical Path Methods (CPM) schedules as required.
7. Perform joint sales calls with sales force , as required.
8. Provide technical training to sales force.
9. Drive customer satisfaction with creative solutions and technically complete bid proposals.
10. Ensure state contractor licenses are maintained for geographic area of responsibility.
Qualifications/Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Requirements:
1. BA or BS in Engineering or Architecture or equivalent of 10 years related experience required in Construction management, Engineering or Architecture.
2. Minimum of 5 years design project management or related experience.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Building and safety code compliance knowledge and application.
5. PC proficient in a Windows environment. (Microsoft Project, Excel, etc.)
6. Strong organization and time management skills essential.
7. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. Valid driver's license.
9. 30-50% travel required.
