Contract Electrical/Electronic Technician

Manpower Professional, a division of Manpower International, is seeking three(3) Electrical/Electronic Technicians for a six(6) month contract in the Libertyville, IL. area. There is a strong possibility that this position would become a direct hire position with our client. This individual would apply electrical and electronic theory and related knowledge, usually under the direction of engineering staff, to design, build, repair, calibrate, and modify electrical components, circuitry, controls, and machinery for subsequent evaluation and use by engineering staff in making engineering design decisions. This person will be looking at field returns of cell/mobile devices. This individual will also analyze failures that are mechanical and electrical. This person will troubleshoot phone test equipment. Some travel to Mexico and Minnesota is required. Travel would be one week a month at the most. Experience with fine pitch devices and soldering is helpful. The ideal candidate should possess an Associates Degree and have a minimum of one(1) year of experience.
