Position: Customer Liaison & Contracts Administrator

 

Position Summary:

This position is the primary company point of contact to customers for communication of workflows, processes, schedules, and compliance to contracts.

 

Responsibilities:Ensure proper and timely implementation of complex customer contracts.Monitor customer projects from contract initiation to product deliveryEnsure compliance to terms of contracts by monitoring processes, generating metrics, creating schedules, assessing risk, communicating deviations, and recommending risk mitigation strategies.Coordinate between customers and internal departments to achieve agreement and clarification on product expectations, order fulfillment, and resolution of outstanding customer issues.Collect and prepare all contract compliance data for customer reporting and contract audits.Participate on cross-functional project teams to represent contract and customer issues.Interface with procurement, program management, and contracts personnel within customer organizations.

 

Requirements:BA degree in Business or similar discipline or equivalent experience.Minimum of three-five years experience as customer liaison or contracts administrator, including a high level of customer interaction; experience in a marketing, sales, or customer service organization preferred.Experience with Government contracting, FAR Regulations and GSA administration preferred.Knowledge and understanding of project monitoring and reporting systems.Practical experience with contracts and related documentation. Demonstrated success in leading complex projects to completion desired.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.Proficiency with MS Office software suite.
