Lead Engineer role, FL location. Brand-name Consumer Packaged Goods organization is seeking an experienced leader in Electrical Engineering to oversee a substantial part of their Automation and IT operations. This BSEE will lead a team of Automation engineers focused on Project Engineering and Maintenance/Development of both plant-level and overall IT systems.

The Company is seeking a degreed BSEE with experience in team leadership in an Engineering environment, preferably in a high-speed, high-volume Consumer Products manufacturing environment. A preference is for candidates with experience both in plant-level automation (PLC's, HMI) and overall (networks, servers, critical controls) systems architecture work.
