Pistachio and Almond crops are forecasted to grow substantially in the next several years, while demand for the product remains virtually infinite. PFI is in the exciting position of planning for this growth, while implementing initiatives like Six Sigma to drive efficiency while growing.  PFI has created several new manager and director positions as it expands its current 200-person salaried/800-person hourly workforce to handle this growth.  The Company is also two years into a 10-year, $150MM capital expansion program.  This is a great opportunity with unlimited growth potential.

 



 Specific requirements include:

 Bachelor?s degree in Finance or other analytical field Highly intelligent with strong analytical skills Deep knowledge of technical and statistical concepts Ability to manage multiple project priorities independently and with little supervision Demonstrated ability to take projects from idea to implementation and benefits realization Experience managing or working with large groups of hourly workers Experience applying a structured problem solving approach

 

Additional skills that would be a plus

 Master?s degree in business or a related field
