inc.jet, Inc., a subsidiary of Gunther International, is a manufacturer of ink jet print engines using HP technology, and a supplier and seller of HP ink. Our print engines are purchased by OEMs in the printing, packaging, and mail industries across the globe.

 

We?re currently seeking an experienced Engineering professional to lead a team of our Field Applications Engineers in an effort to ensure the satisfaction of our OEM customer base.  Responsibilities will include providing customer training and support; resolving customer issues; providing sales support via the telephone, at trade shows, and at facility demonstrations; and identifying issues and resolving them in a timely manner.  You?ll also create and develop technical communication to be distributed via email regarding best practices, FAQs, Technical Tips, and New Product Releases; as well as training and support documentation, including white papers, technical tips, FAQ, and inc.jet University documentation.

 

Required qualifications include a Bachelor?s degree in Engineering; 3-5 years of related experience; the ability to set up, operate, and troubleshoot complex electronic hardware and software on intricate custom machinery (i.e., printing and packaging equipment); solid presentation skills to project a superior corporate image; and excellent interpersonal, team-building, and team leadership skills.  Must also have the ability to write, present, and follow detailed procedures and training materials; and familiarity with electrical hardware and software documentation and instruction manuals.  Knowledge of digital printing, packaging, or related disciplines is a plus.  This position requires moderate travel to domestic and international customers for training, installation and start-up, and equipment troubleshooting.
