IMMEDIATELY, a Digital Electronics Design Engineer.

This Digital Electronics Design Engineer's education and background will
include the following:

- BS degree in Electrical Engineering, MS degree preferred;
- Min. of five years of closely related, hands-on experience, with the last,
min. of two years in a lead role;
- Structured digital design - this is a must.

Specific experience should include most of the following:

- Product and system architecture definition and specification;
- Digital, microprocessor and analog circuit design;
- Schematic entry;
- PC board layout supervision;
- Interfacing with customers, suppliers and manufacturing;
- FPGA and CPLD specification, design, coding and verification;
- Microcontroller, or DSP system development and programming;
- CCD camera design;
- DC/DC power supplies.

Experience with the following products/areas are strong pluses:

- High speed video systems;
- Regulatory compliance (EMC, CE);
- Thermal management
- Electron spectrometers
