Depot Availability Analyst (4722)

Job Description:
Provide direct client support to NAVSEA PMS392C in the management of US Navy submarine CNO depot availability planning and execution; reviews and validates availability work packages; develops and maintains depot availability planning and execution performance metrics; researches and prepares correspondence for availability planning and cost/schedule impact statements; performs Earned Value Management analysis and provides recommended improvement actions.

Specific Skills Required: A BS and 6 years of related experience is required for this position. Knowledge of US Navy submarine overhaul and modernization policies and practices. Knowledge of US Navy depot availability planning, scheduling, and execution processes. Ability to independently prepare pro-gram briefs, white papers, and impact statements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Requires the ability to occasionally board and tour US Navy submarines inport.

Desired Skills: Familiarity with end of availability certification processes and standards for submarine CNO depot level availabilities.

The position noted above requires access to classified information; applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. A Secret level clearance is required for this position. US Citizenship is required.
