Job Description: Our Fort Worth, Texas Transportation Programs is looking to add a Deputy Unit Manager to their growing staff. Responsibilities for this role will include:
Assisting with the business development and operations of local design unit
Help to develop unit business plan and growth strategy in coordination with office and division managers
Lead local business development activities and project pursuits (sales)
Support Profit/Loss and project performance
Maintain client relationships and quality assurance (with division support)
Oversee and mentor Highway Project Manager assignments and will serve as Highway Project Manager for select projects
Financial oversight of contracts, including billings & collections
Help to balance workload/staff

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with current PE
10+ years of transportation related engineering experience, of which at least two years should have been in management capacity
