We have an immediate need for a Design and Release Engineer to work with our Powertrain Development group in Dearborn.

Required:
? 4 year degree in an Engineering discipline
? Minimum of 3 years experience.
? Knowledge of design experience with Manual & Automatic Transmissions, Clutch Systems, Drive Shafts, Differential/Axle Systems and Half Shafts in OEM applications

? Excellent communication skills.
? Strong organizational skills.
? Self starter, able to work independently to complete projects.
? Must have the ability to handle several assignments simultaneously.
? Work experience in an OEM or large Tier 1 environment.

 

Preferred Skills:

? Ford component or system design and release experience strongly preferred
