POSITION DESCRIPTION

As a project manager, this position would require the ability to manage a project from cradle to grave which would include:
- Developing new formulations for building products
- Working with Production Employees to implement the coating and application on the manufacturing line
- Coordinating and/or participating in factory manufacturing trials
- Analyzing data, interpreting results, and making recommendations
- Writing reports and delivering presentations at various levels in the project

QUALIFICATIONS

- At least a BS in chemical, mechanical, civil, industrial or electrical engineering or material science or chemistry
- At least 3 - 5 years of industrial experience (experience in building products a plus)
- Project management experience
- knowledge in statistics, analytical instrumentations, and experimental design
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be motivated and outgoing self-starter who is looking to continually advance within the organization
- Possess excellent leadership skills
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Work well in a team environment
- Have strong planning and organizational skills to efficiently run multiple projects or test plans
- Be detail oriented
- Be able to travel
- Be able to work with business groups, manufacturing and quality departments.
