Device Parametric and Test Engineering Section Manager

Education Requirements:


 


·  BS/BA in appropriate discipline OR


·  Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in a related field


 


Skill Requirements:


 


·  Minimum of 2 years management/supervisory experience in semiconductor industry or similar technical environment.


·  Excellent written and oral communication skills.


·  Demonstrated ability to drive projects and job related objectives.


·Demonstrated ability to live up to and embrace Qimonda leadership principles. 


Job Responsibilities:


 


·  Group responsibilities include Device Engineering, Parametric Trend and Monitoring, Parametric & Wafer Level Reliability Test, Prefuse, Postfuse, Functional Test and Fuse Converter Software.


·  Responsible for Parametric Lab and Characterization support.


·  Proactively define cross-functional ideas and execute projects to over achieve target yields and manufacturing efficiency.


·  Support and cooperate with Probe Operations and Technology teams in the execution of new products, process technology and test platform introduction and qualifications. 


·  Responsible for Parametric and Functional Test continuous improvement, including participation in FAB Cluster and Benchmark activities. 


·  Apply strong troubleshooting techniques and analytical skills to solve problems in a timely manner.


·  Recruit, staff and plan organization in-line with current QR business plans.


 

Education: Bachelors (or equivalent work experience)
