Digital System IP Core Design/Verification Engineer

We are seeking a Digital System IP Core Design/Verification Engineer for our Dallas based client

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, Verification and implementation of Digital CMOS IP Core Systems Architecture (of high speed interfaces, DDR, DSP, etc)

QUALIFICATIONS:
- BSEE or better
- 5+ years microprocessor design and verification experience with relevant embedded cores (ARM, MIPS, etc) as well as knowledge of system IP design, layout, modeling and design implementation
- Simulation/Verification experience with VCS, Cadence Verilog (XL,NC) and/or ModelSim
- Strong in Verilog HDL, as well as working knowledge of VHDL
- Strong communications skills
- organized, self starter

DESIRABLE:
- ARM11 or MIPS experience
- Knowledge of high speed interface digital IP (DDR/DDR2, SERDES, SPI, etc)
