Director, Software Development
Job Description:
- Will manage teams of development engineers, product managers and service engineers working on technology development projects that cross business segments.
- Will be responsible for developing service and technology to defend against spam mails and provide URL filtering.
- Will be responsible for defining future technical direction and leading the development of next-generation Trend Micro anti-spam and URL technology and strategy.
Desired Education, Experiences & Skills:
- MS/MEng in Computer Science or related fields
- 2 years of anti-spam/URL filtering industry experience and at least 7 years RD experience in software industry with focus on software design and development of large scale distribution systems including both people and project manager experience
- Service manager experience or product management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated track record as a team leader and player
