Director of Electrical Engineering

BCA has a great opportunity for a Director of Electrical Engineering providing building systems electrical engineering design and C/A services for educational, municipal, commercial, healthcare, theme park, and other facility types.  Our wide variety of projects, clients, and services makes every day interesting, challenging, and rewarding.

 

The position requires experience designing power, lighting, fire alarm, and systems for buildings. You must have the ability to manage multiple projects and want to provide good service to customers. You will work directly with building owners and architects, designing and performing construction observations.

 

Minimum Requirements are:

 Electrical PE license in Florida (or ability to obtain one) Min. 7 years experience in the facility electrical design Experience in design of power, lighting, fire alarm, data systems Good knowledge of NEC, building codes Project management experience Good communication, computer skills People management/teaching skills
