Qualifications- > 10 years of Product Marketing, Sales and/or Applications experience in Semi Cap Equipment
- BS degree (MS preferred)--> tecchnical depth
- MBA a plus
- Strong business accumen and technical selling skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability in achieving objectives in the face of adversityResponsibilitiesThis person is responsible for our Wafer Inspection Group's (WIG) business success in a portion of the Taiwan Region. Specifically, they are responsible for leading WIG key customer strategy and actions to meet the WIG division's penetration, share, adoption and profit objectives through:
- Technology roadmap alignment
- Fostering technical and operational relationships at all levels
- Installed base satisfacation
- New product beta-sites and JDP's
- Negotiating business deals that meet the customer's and WIG division's objectives
- Accurately forecasting business to meet bookings objectives and ultimately drive the right product build plans
- Plan and coordinate product demos, customer visits, and all customer meetings that involve division personnel
