Division Manager- Architectural Engineering Svcs

This position may reside at the following offices:

Tampa, Orlando or Miami

 

We are seeking a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering candidate with at least 15 years of experience and at least 2 years of management responsibility to manage our national Architectural Engineering practice. Focused on delivering quality HVAC/Mechanical, Electrical and Structural engineering services to our buildings and facilities clientele, the successful candidate will have experience managing a large, multi-million revenue practice group in multiple locations. Further, the Division Manager will be responsible for providing financial oversight, leadership, marketing direction and technical guidance to the local program/practice managers as well as to ensure that quality technical services are provided to clients.

 

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Excellent technical and interpersonal skills, public speaking and persuasive ability; very strong financial management, team management, and leadership skills; ability to manage and coordinate efforts of various programs to produce budgeted profits and overall results
