The KER Manager is responsible of setting the strategies, business development and selecting the appropriate Kelly solution for our customers. Is in charge of plan, direct and control all phases of an area operation to increase profits, and encourage business growth.

Responsibility:
Responsible to support the sales effort developing on site presentations and proposals during the sales cycle.
As industry expert, is the liason between the customer and the service team.
Coach division staff in sales and customer service techniques.
Identify and develop new accounts through awareness of the local market, competitor activities and community growth plans.
Audit and monitor the activities of the staff to ensure KER and KITR organizations are providing optimum service levels.
Develop revenue and expense forecast. Establish budget and assists with the development of short and long-range growth plans.
Survey customers regarding perception of service.
Represent KER professionally in community activities and organizations.

Qualifications:
At least a Bachelor Degree in related area.
3-5 years of experience in Management and Sales. Staffing industry knowledge preferred.
Must posses a proven ability to set strategies, develop business, build relationships, communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and network.
Must demonstrate a strong internal/external customer focus and personal leadership and solid negotiation and presentation skills.
Must collaborate well with all levels of management.
Must be able to travel extensively within region.

Expertise:
An Engineer or related degree professional specialized in managing projects for the Pharmaceutical, Consumer Products, Biotechnology, High-Tech, Chemical, and Manufacturing Industries.
