Dry Etch Shift Technician

As a Dry Etch Shift Technician for IM Flash Technologies, you will be responsible for monitoring, sustaining, and improving your assigned area while working with production operators and area engineers to produce silicon-based semiconductor products. In this position, you will monitor tool performance, schedule and perform preventative maintenance on assigned tool sets, and use mechanical and electronic skills to troubleshoot and repair down equipment. You will also be required to assist with equipment installs; Engineer tests; create and modify equipment procedures; and increase tool uptime through systematic problem solving and troubleshooting, quality workmanship, and routine review of maintenance check sheets and procedures. Additionally, you will monitor, analyze, and address SPC issues for Dry Etch processes on a daily basis and respond to SPC out of control issues. This position also requires you to keep the Lead Tech and/or Lead Engineer updated on tool issues; thoroughly document all maintenance performed; and establish check sheets and tracking programs.



Qualified candidates will possess strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities, good team skills, and good organizational skills with the ability to work, and prioritize, multiple tasks. You should also be a self motivated worker with excellent communication skills and be flexible for shift rotation on A, E, C or F shift.


 


Required Education:
Minimum of an AAS in Electronics or Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology, BS in Electronics Engineering Technology, or equivalent military experience is required.  6 months industry experience will also be considered.


 


**Initial training will be conducted in Manassas, Virginia. Position will be located in Lehi, Utah.**
