EE Laser R&D Design Engineer

The Laser R&D EE will be responsible for integration and application of analog and digital electronic circuits used for laser systems, data entry, motion control, sensing, actuation, communication and display. Responsible for design and layout of electrical enclosures, components replacement and interconnection, thermal power, timing, and external interface requirements. Provides test specification criteria; as well as, support to manufacturing. Supervise prototype start-up and test.

Qualifications:

- EE
- Proficient in instrumentation used for diagnostic & development analysis
- PLC skills required
- Four years manufacturing experience
- previous laser experience a plus
- self starter that requires little or no supervision
- Team player
- Chinese language (written and verbal) skills a plus
