The successful candidate MUST MEET or EXCEED the MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS outlined below:

 BSEE degree, preferably with software and computer coursework. A Mechanical Engineering degree will NOT qualify.

 4-plus years experience in the management of hardware and software engineering and/or development involving motors, electro-mechanical systems.

 Working knowledge of C, C+, C++, C# and emerging languages, applications, and trends.

 The ability to quickly assess, build and cross?train the skills base of the existing and future EE/SW/ME professionals.

 Experience in planning, implementing, managing and following up on project to achieve on-time, on-budget and on-quality completion.

 Command of the English language; good verbal, written and presentation skills.

 

This position reports to the Director of Engineering and is headquartered in a highly desirable suburb within an hour of Atlanta with numerous educational, cultural and recreational amenities. Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical and Software Engineering functions report to this position.
