Responsibilities/Expectations: Energetic and proficient software test engineer to author and manage QA programs and test procedures for mobile devices and phones. This demanding position will place you in a very dynamic, often multi-tasking work environment. You will help implement, document, and integrate services, APIs and real-time applications on Windows mobile devices. You will be working on mid tier and low level components from low-level HAL, drivers, kernel, and file systems to shell, phone, messaging, and other applications. You will benefit from the guidance of principal level software engineers and architects in the field of unified communications. Knowledge Skills: An engineering graduate, ideally specializing in software and electronics and solid experience in the development of embedded systems testing programs in connection with telecommunications or experience in corresponding tasks in software or semiconductor companies or business units.

5 plus years Windows CE, Windows PocketPC or Windows Mobile test experience.
Strong and current knowledge of Microsoft software test and development tools and languages for mobile drivers and mobile applications.
Solid testing skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues in unfamiliar code (e.g. hangs, crashes, memory leaks, memory corruptions, performance issues, and plain logic bugs in C/C++/Assembly).
Expertise with C/C++.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to problem-solve and work as part of a team.
Ability to react to changing requirements.
Possess the ability to manage daily work with minimal supervision.
