Electrical Technician

 

MPA, Motorcar Parts of America (www.motorcarparts.com), with headquarters in Torrance, CA is seeking an Electrical Technician to join our Engineering Team.

 

MPA, founded in 1968, opened its doors in Long Island, New York as a supplier of European and Japanese replacement parts. Brief Overview of Position

? Fabrication of electrical Test Equipment from blue prints

? Preventive maintenance

? Troubleshooting and repairing electrical test equipment

? Perform frequent calibration procedures

 

 

QualificationsAssociates Degree in Electronics and/or Computer Technology1 to 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environmentKnowledge of electrical components is a plusExhibits meticulous attention to detail and is committed to producing accurate and well organized workWorking with automotive parts is a plusHigh school graduate
