1. SENIOR STAFF ENGINEER:
- Direct hire or Temp to hire
- $50k-$81k/yr plus potential for 10% bonus

Job Purpose:
Provide Engineering support and project management skills toward the design, development, installation, startup, validation and maintenance of products, processes and equipment. Provide technical experience within a specialty field(s)
Essential Functions:
? Research, develop and prepare specifications for improvements to existing and/or new products, processes, equipment, and technology.
? Support projects by contributing to the development of project schedules, teams, tracking costs, preparing status reports, conducting team meetings, and communicating issues and progress to management.
? Prepare RCI?s including project description, schedule and costs.
? Supervise and direct contract personnel and outside vendors in the performance of contracted services.
? Provide leadership and guidance to subordinates within the Engineering organization.
? Supervise daily activities of all levels of Engineering Aides.
? Provide direction and technical decision making for management involving capital asset purchases and expenses for projects and/or strategic activities involving up to $5MM (capital/expense/revenue potentials).
? Prepare and present technical investigative reports to middle level management.
? Moderate degree of both internal and external personnel interfaces.
? Preparation of specifications and protocols for the development, testing and qualification of equipment, processes and products.
? Communicate, both verbally and written, project activities to supervisor.
Required:
BS degree with at least 6-7 years experience in a Engineering position.
Desired:
BS degree in Engineering with at least five years experience in a Pharmaceutical Engineering position.
2. STAFF ENGINEER - AUTOMATION
- $41,964-$66,009/yr

Job Purpose:

- Temporary, approximately 6 months

4. ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN - MECHANICAL
- Days, 8am-4:30pm
- $20-25/hr DOE
- Temp only, 1-3 months
Provide Engineering support toward the design, development, installation, startup, validation, and maintenance of manufacturing processes, and production equipment. Provide skills within the areas of electrical/mechanical/manufacturing engineering.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Assemble and repair process related prototypes, production equipment and/or testing devices. Conducts qualification testing under direction of Engineer.
2. Create and prepare necessary documentation for project initialization, execution, and completion including detailed mechanical schematics, electrical schematics, control system logic and associated manufacturing/process literature.
3. Update Engineers on the status of activities and track specific project time consumption.
4. Use computer to interrogate, formulate, input information, and/or analyze data and related information as part of an engineering project.
5. Debug and install equipment as required.
6. Maintain laboratory notebook per GMP requirements.
7. Moderate degree of both internal and external personnel interfaces.
8. Prepare and maintain ISO compliance documentation.
9. Preparation of limited specifications and protocols for the development and qualification of production equipment and manufacturing processes.
10. Design intricate parts, fixtures, control system layout, logic, machine code and/or test setups as directed by Supervisor.
11. Support projects by contributing as a team member by attending team meetings, communicating issues and progress to team and management, and preparing and presenting status reports.
12. Coordinate project activities within other departments or outside vendors.
13. Organizes and conducts projects, project related time tracking, experiments, and engineering tests.
14. Order parts, samples, or services as required for the project.
Required: Completion of Electro/Mechanical technologies program and/or drafting courses equivalent to a 2 year vocational school program and 2-3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of 6-7 years of education and experience.

- Provide direction and technical decision making for management involving capital asset purchases and expenses for projects and/or strategic activities involving up to $100,000 (capital/expense/revenue potentials).
