ESD Device/Design Engineering Advisor

Advise product/circuit designers at ADI design centers?most particularly San Jose --on proper use of ESD protection at the I/O and chip level. Verify and enhance electrical performance of ESD cells to meet in-house ESD release requirements as well as product-specific characteristics. Assist in failure analysis of ESD/Latchup failures, and apply lessons learned to improve ESD protection methods. Integrate ESD I/O solutions with proven performances in new designs. Publish ESD related information through Web site and User's Guides.
