What would you be doing?

As a key member of our client?s organization, you would be responsible for designing power distribution systems that include facility lighting, actual power distribution, and the specification of electrical equipment. If you enjoy plenty of variety in your work and you thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the position for you. Your responsibilities would include:Developing engineering proposals under the lead of an experienced engineer
Interfacing/collaborating with Project Managers and Field Engineers
Interviewing clients on a technical level to discover their needs
Working with utilities engineers in designing power systems for various food processing industries
Handling multiple projects simultaneously
Interfacing with the drafting team
Attending meetings with construction personnel and managers
Traveling to project sites to gain an understanding of how designs will work

What kind of candidate are we looking for?

Demonstrated experience with power distribution design is required. Previous leadership experience is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be necessary. Computer proficiency is required. EIT certification is preferred. Candidates should possess strong time management and prioritization skills as well as demonstrated problem-solving abilities. The ability and willingness to travel is essential. A college degree is required.
