The Opportunity: Electrical Engineering
- Plans, designs, implements and maintains electrical,hydraulic and pneumatic manufacturing process componenets and facility systems for a given manufacturing plant
- Contributes to the overall efficiency, effectiveness and profitability of the business unit by ensuring the non-mechanical manufacturing and facility system's performance is optimized.

Responsibilities:
- Developm en modification, and support of PLC prograrnm ing for plant uipment
- Design/improvement of all electrical additions and modifications to plant facilities and equipment
- Troubleshooting and machine repair; provide technical support to the maintenance and operations departments
- Specify and procure electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic system components


Competencies:

-Allen Bradley PLC programming, Wonderware HMJ development
- Communication links via RS-485, Ethernet, Modbus+ and their associated hardware configurations
- Experience with Pifi closed loop controllers, batch automation control, safety shutdown systems, low voltage signal wiring, variable speed drives
- Process instrumentation transducers, transmitters, actuators and valves
- Facility elecrtrical, hydraulic, pneumatic requirements and design

Qualification:

-DSEE, or equivalent work experience (10+ yrs)
-5 years experience in the field of electronic process controls
-AutoCad
-Microsoft Office
-Knowledge of National Electric Code
-Knowledge of OSHA standards
