Electrical Engineer Senior

Essential Functions and Duties: strong analytical skills; strong oral and written communication skills; strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills; very computer literate; detail orientated; exercises mature judgment; ability to work in a team; ability to work independently; ability to influence other people; and ability to act as mentor. Problem identification and troubleshooting a wide range of difficult electrical problems. Must have technical capability to specify, test, integrate, and troubleshoot RF generator assemblies, matching networks, and other RF components. Must be able to specify both electrical and software requirements for such assemblies. This person will select, generate, and approve the documentation required to procure, build, test, maintain, and train personnel on such assemblies. Must be able to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects and be able to direct support personnel, engineers, technicians, etc., to meet project milestones.

Qualifications
Required Experience: Minimum BS in Electrical Engineering (with an MS preferred) and 5 years electrical engineering experience in the Semiconductor industry. Must have experience with RF measurements (application of Network Analyzers, Power Meters, and Spectrum Analyzers). Experienced with SPICE, LabView, and MathCAD or MatLAB.
