Electrical Engineer with Software Experience

 

Specialty Coating Systems (SCS) is the world leader in Parylene conformal coatings for the Medical, Electronics, Automotive and Military industries. We currently have the following career opportunity available in our Indianapolis HQ location:

 

Electrical Engineer

 

This important role will carry out electrical and electronic engineering assignments including design and testing of systems and components and light sub-assembly duties. The candidate will also develop engineering electrical documentation and provide technical support from Engineering to other departments. This position may require 5%-10% travel to help trouble shoot/repair and install equipment.

 

The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor?s degree with three to five years related experience/training. Candidate should also possess experience designing capital equipment as well as software design with familiarity in C++, Labview and PLC programming. Candidate must have demonstrated analytical and technical ability and proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Excellent communication skills required.
