JOB SUMMARY:
Develop best practices in electrical engineering.
Maintain and administer electrical engineering toolset.
Chair electrical engineering process group.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Develop Engineering processes and procedures for efficient work flow instruction, task coordination and integration with manufacturing.
Maintain Electrical Engineering toolset - custom features, add-ons, and requisite system administration.
Training function can include developing training modules for Goodrich Users and/or coordinating appropriate training.
Coordinating and communicating Engineering essential engineering processes resulting in error free design.
Forming and Leading Engineering process committees.
Providing technical guidance and supervision on all Engineering related tasks.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
B.S in Electrical Engineering
At least five years industrial experience as Electrical Engineer.
At least three years experience with CAD tools, including administrative experience.
Experience with Mil specs and stringent design requirements (ISO and/or SEI / CMMI)
