As an Electrical Project Engineer, you will be responsible for total management of all the aspects of assigned projects including quality, client expectations and profitability.  In this position, you will have direct leadership of the engineering design and production for multiple disciplines including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing/fire protection, and supervise the tasks and methods used by other personnel assigned to your projects.  You will ensure that the project is handled in a professional manner, including obtaining all necessary contracts and authorizations to perform work.  Marketing and client maintenance, including preparation of proposals and negotiation of contracts, are also key functions of the Project Engineer. 

 

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor?s degree in engineering, PE, and 6+ years experience in an Architectural/Engineering environment, engineering and designing electrical (electrical, lighting, power distribution, communications, technology, and security) building systems for high-rise residential and office buildings, hotels, k-12 and higher education.  Demonstrated leadership and project management successes are expected.
