 Responsibilities:Provides planning, design, initial fielding, testing, training, emergency maintenance, and repair of complex, special purpose U.S. communications systems and equipment.  The equipment is utilized in support to critical Intelligence and Electronic Warfare (IEW) systems located within (U.S. only) INSCOM SCIF?s. Researches requirements and translate data into design specifications to support deployable U. S. Army equipment within SCIF?s.  Employs, maintains, and calibrates state-of-the-art data collection equipment to monitor the functioning of electronics and communications and related equipment.  Serves as a member of project teams deployed worldwide to install, maintain and upgrade complex electronic mission systems, security systems and antennas.  Supports U. S. Army systems on site whenever and wherever deployed. Available to deploy to other countries and/or theaters to support U.S. Forces during worldwide military contingency missions and requirements. Performs complex system level troubleshooting using U.S. Military and commercial computer diagnostic software and special system unique test equipment. Assures systems and equipment operations and maintenance comply with physical, operational, security, safety, environmental and communications regulations and equipment specifications.

Requirements:SECRET clearanceTwo years of electronics engineering experience.
Experience with Design/maintenance of complex electronic systems.
Recent familiarity with RF (HF through MW) and electronic systems to include but not be limited to antennas, fiber optics, preamplifiers, cables, receivers, demodulators, converters, servo systems, computers, analog and digital equipment and I/O devices such as printers, recorders, and electronic test equipment. Familiarity with audio distribution systems. Familiarity with power/grounding practices, maintenance shop operations and quality assurance. Experience with EMC and the functional application of EMI/RFI analysis and mitigation programs. Familiarity with satellite communications. Immediately deployable to worldwide locations, in potentially hazardous work environments, to perform QRC/RRC technical support to U.S. forces. Fluent in the English language.

BSEE/BSET degree from accredited college/university
