Emissions Engineer C

 

Employee Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise emissions testing, evaluate test results, and recommend appropriate action to ensure conformance with international, federal, state, and municipal legislation and regulations regarding product exhaust emissions
Minimize the corporate average product exhaust emissions levels
Assist in the overall planning, installation, and maintenance of equipment relating to the environmental regulations for products. 
Assist in the scheduling of engine tests and using established and well-defined engineering procedures to audit emission levels and other performance indicators of manufactured products. 
Participate in the evaluation of emissions testing, adherence to company and legislated requirements, and future testing plans. 
Assist with the development of reports and presentations for internal and external use
Document testing and engineering procedures via text, charts, graphs, and diagrams to illustrate processes and spans of control to ensure consistency of applications across processes 
Assume additional related responsibilities as required. 

 

Required:

? Bachelors Degree in Environmental Engineering or related discipline

? 2 years of related experience

? Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access and PowerPoint.
