Executes and manages key phases of systems and/or service jobs to include: estimating, designing and material management.

Designs selected control systems based on project plans, specifications, and contract documents.
Attends pre-booking meetings to gain knowledge of the sales estimate and project scope. Analyzes
plans, specifications, and contract to determine project requirements.
Prepares submittals containing schematics, descriptions and technical literature as required. Maintains
current design documents throughout project duration. Prepares "as built" record drawings and
documents from data supplied by installation or project management personnel.
Selects product sizes, types, and location placement to ensure products meet specification requirements.
Establishes special calibration instructions on selected equipment.
Prepares engineering re-estimate reports and minimizes report variances. Utilizes financial and
monthly forecasting to manage and contain costs.
Organizes and maintains job folder and updates pertinent job related information.
Prepares database and job related programming for computer-based systems.
Provides on or off site assistance with the installation, start-up, checkout and turnover process.
Participates in job site final walk-through on assigned jobs and completes all job closeout documentation.

Mechanical Engineering degree preferred otherwise experience using ACAD with 3-5 years field experience with installation and checkout of HVAC controls.
Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals, HVAC concepts, programming, and business operations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
