Engineer III
Our Staffing division is looking for a talented and professional Sr. level Project Engineer with a BS/MS in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical/Civil Engineering for a position in the Albany, NY area. This person needs to be high energy and have project management skills with hands on approach.
Local Candidates preferred. Relocation may be negotiated.
- Must be able to manage 2 to 4 projects at the same time.
-Minimum 10 years experience in managing projects. Experience in the following industries is desired, but not required; Chemical, pharmaceutical, pulp and paper, etc.
- Familiarity and experience with P&IDs.
- Experience with a proven project review process. (Six Sigma process experience a big plus)
- Experience with reviewing engineering scheduled stages of a project, subcontractor reviews, and start up reviews.
- Assume financial responsibility for the projects and generate needed reports using Excel. SAP accounting familiarity a plus.
- MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
This is a multi-year position which offers a comprehensive benefit package. Including; medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance. A 401k plan and paid time off (holidays, vacation and personal business).
Salary is negotiable based on experience. Potential paid overtime.
