? Provide technical leadership in the area of wet etch. 

? Quickly identify and troubleshoot process problems.

? Perform baseline assessment on current processes, including implementation of SPC and generation of process capability. 

? Use DOE and other Six Sigma tools to develop robust processes that meet customer requirements.

? Based upon business needs, develop process goals for increasing capability, improving yields, reducing costs, and decreasing cycle times. 

? Develop appropriate and comprehensive process documentation that meets ISO 9001 standards. 

? Oversee the development of criteria, selection, and qualification of new capital equipment.

? Provide training and mentoring to operators and technicians. 

? Participate in cross functional product development and product transition teams.

? Assist maintenance staff with equipment troubleshooting. 







? Minimum of 5+ years experience in MEMS/IC fabrication (Class 10 or Class 100 cleanroom) in a manufacturing environment. 

? Demonstrated ability to develop new wet etch processes. 

? Must have experience with a minimum of three of the following wet processes: silicon etch, etch of various metals, HF based etchants, solvent based  wafer cleans, and acidic/basic wafer cleans.

? Must possess working knowledge of appropriate metrology tools.

? Experience leading process improvement teams.

? Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements and procedures.

? Must utilize data to drive decisions.

?   Demonstrated ability to meet schedules and milestones.

? Demonstrated program management experience

? Demonstrated bias for action and results driven.

?   Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and balance multiple tasks.

? Strong interpersonal skills.

? Experienced in technical writing.

?   PC skills should include working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  Experience with MiniTab is a plus.

? Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry a minimum of 20lbs.

? Standard vision (with or without corrective devices) with ability to differentiate colors

? Ability to achieve and maintain cleanroom certification.
