Engineer, Lead Design

Primary Accountabilities:

- The candidate will provide leadership and guidance for designers and engineers that are assigned to them.
- Lead specific engineering projects from inception to completion, insuring all technical requirements, schedules, and production commitments are met.

Education & Experience:

- BS or MS in mechanical engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in design.
- The candidate should have had experience in leading complete engineering project level programs and have good people skills.
- The candidate should have a solid knowledge of aerospace system design and a wide range of knowledge in basic mechanical design.
