Program description:

The ACT Program has an opening for an individual with a mechanical engineering interest and background.

If selected for this opportunity, you will participate in a two-year professional development program.  Assessments, feedback, stretch assignments and structured learning experiences will accelerate your development progress.  The flexible and dynamic program will be tailored to your specific development needs.  Upon successful completion of the program, you will be placed in a professional or technical role consistent with your interest, ability and the company's needs.  This demanding program requires flexibility and determination.

 

Requirements:BSME Willing to travel up to one week per month Ability to work autonomously and in teams Demonstrate potential for significant leadership responsibility Communicate effectively in writing Ability to build productive relationships Solid work ethic Knowledge of materials, mechanics, coatings and manufacturing methods
