Job Description: The position will support new product programs, current projects and current production to meet quality, cost and deliverability targets. The position will be the key communicator for various teams to multiple suppliers and Global Purchasing, working closely to ensure early supplier collaboration on design for manufacturability and adherence to APQP guidelines. This individual will face many opportunities in attaining cost targets, project schedules and program priorities.
Job Requirements: This position requires an Engineering or Technical degree plus at least 2 years experience in the manufacturing field. This individual MUST have experience in addition to their degree. This is not an entry-level role. Candidates also need to possess experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GDT). Up to 5% travel may be required. This individual must have the ability to effectively communicate technical information with teams, as well as, employees in other units and suppliers.
