Job Summary:
The major function of this position is to assure compliance to internal and customer quality requirements including development of root cause corrective action for identified non-compliances.

Occasional On-Call weekend duty required.

Primary Accountabilities:
1. Develop quality procedures and audit methods.
2. Perform technical reviews to ensure compliance with requirements. Tasks include supplier surveillance, trend analysis, documentation and specification review, test criteria, etc.
3. Evaluate non-conforming material and assure proper quality disposition as a member of a Material Review Board (MRB).
4. Plan and implement corrective action based on root cause evaluation.
5. Perform varied tasks requiring the application of standard engineering practices. Working with available data resources, apply standard practices in situations which require use of judgment in selecting alternatives.
6. Frequently interact with suppliers, customers and production personnel to resolve quality deficiencies.
7. Identify opportunities and lead Continuous Improvement efforts.

- Bachelors degree in Engineering with at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
