We are currently looking for an experienced Quality Engineer that will be responsible for:

 

- Provide Quality Engineering support for the products and processes of Freeport, Illinois.

- Lead Root Cause and Corrective Action activities through a combination of data driven analysis and applied engineering knowledge.

- Customer interface for Returned Sales corrective action.

- Assure that product and quality system issues are resolved utilizing appropriate methodology and documentation.

- Support of Operational Metrics with emphasis on Cost of Poor Quality and Returned Sales Response Time Reduction.

- Support of production quality in a HOS environment.



Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology

- United States Citizen

 

Additional Qualifications:

- MBA degree a plus

- Engineering Leadership/Problem Solving

- Advanced Quality Planning Methods knowledge

- Statistical Problem Solving Methodology (Six Sigma)

- Electromechanical Manufacturing Process (Fab/Assembly) and Product Experience

- Strong Interpersonal, Teaming and Leadership Attributes
