Job Description

Lead system engineering activities for complex digital processor for a satellite communications system: interface control document development, specification development and flow down, deriving requirements into sub-elements (hardware and software) internally and with teammates, verification plan development, design and trade execution and documentation. Produce functional and product specifications. Must be a hands-on leader, personally producing spec products in addition to managing and reviewing others work.

Competencies

1) Technical Skills & Knowledge: Working knowledge of communications, networks and information assurance required. Experience with communications payloads incorporating digital signal processing required. Working knowledge of MilSatCom highly desired. Education

Minimum BS in Electrical engineering. Advanced technical degrees desirable.
