Engineer Senior

Qualified candidate must have extensive experience in the realm of Electronic Warfare/Electronic Countermeasures (EW/ECM) involving RF, EO, IR, UV threat systems operation. Candidate must possess the skills necessary to compare the operational capabilities of a real-world threat against a digital simulation of the threat, and document the differences, if any, in a validation report. Candidate must have the ability to determine the effects of weapon systems with various threats. Candidate should have broad knowledge of threats and operational scenarios, ECM and ECCM techniques and their effect on threat systems, as well as be able to use and interpret threat system intelligence data and assess the impacts of threat updates on simulator design.
Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be an effective team player. Candidate must have a BSEE or BSCS. Masters Degree preferred but not required. Requires a minimum 6-9 years experience. Requires an active secret clearance or be eligible to have a clearance easily reinstated.
