Architectural - A minimum of 3 years experience in the preparation of commercial construction documents using ACAD is required for this position.?Candidates should possess a?solid technical background and strong communication skills. Occasional travel should be anticipated.

Engineers - STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS: candidates should have a minimum of 4 yrs. of experience in building design.? ACAD required. EIT required, PE preferred.

MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL DESIGNER OR GRADUATE ENGINEER with five or more years experience in building service mechanical/electrical design.? ACAD required. BSME/BSEE preferred.

ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL AND PLUMBING DESIGNERS

Project Managers - Candidates should be experienced in the preparation of site investigation reports and municipal hearing presentations. ACAD req?d. Licensure as an?Architect, Engineer or?Professional Planner (Licensed in the State of NJ for the NJ position) is required. Traveling is required.
