Engineering Group Manager is responsible for product and process engineering of screw compressors and scroll chillers. Responsible for coaching and career development of a team of product or manufacturing engineers with technical expertise in the design, manufacturing and application of screw compressors and air and water cooled chillers.

Specific responsibilities include:
-Product and manufacturing process safety.
-Six Sigma support for engineering projects.
-Labor, material, and warranty productivity.
-Project management assignments as required to support the global chiller business.


-Bachelor of Science in Engineering is required.
-Advanced technical or business degree is preferred.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in an engineering environment.
-Prior direct supervisory or managerial experience in a technical environment preferred.
-Project management in a technical environment preferred.
-Product or process engineering experience with water chillers and heat exchangers is preferred.
-Six Sigma or DFSS experience is a strong plus.
-Successful candidate must possess strong leadership and motivational skills.
-Individual must have current skills in product and process engineering or product design and project leadership.
