Engineering Manager CASE COE - Revised

CITY: Oshkosh STATE: Wisconsin COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
Contributes to definition of standard work methodologies and procedures driving to excellence in OTR support of quality CASE deliverables, always targeting increase in productivity and shortening the ENG activities duration.
Gives directions and reviews report for ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Implements technical coaching/ mentoring to reports to promote GE Values& Integrity.
Ensures availability of ENG CASE team tools in compliance to project needs and improvements for productivity.
Involved in staffing process and identifies staffing needs for Systems, major equipment and Controls Instrum engineers for AC and RF products and NA.
Provide support for Risk Review process in ITO phase.
Support O&G Engr manager in evaluating/manage Internal and External Resource needs to meet customer technical needs.
Builds solid relationships with key O&G global customers and seeks opportunity to further develop them.
Conduct?employee performance reviews and staff planning.
Lead and develop team members to successfully pursue their objectives and identify needs of reports in terms of training, career development and salary planning to promote relevant plans& actions.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Excellent technical knowledge in Controls/Instrum or Auxliary Systems design discipline.
Excellent turbomachinery product knowledge and applications.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Ability to execute in a global environment, to achieve company's Targets.
Exhibits the highest standards of ethical conduct and is responsible for fully understanding and complying with company policies.

Desired:
Green Belt Certified (GE candidate).
Master's Degree.
