In this position, Selected candidate will be responsible for the successful management/operation of an existing and expanding branch office of an E/A/P firm, including maintaining existing client base, identifying prospective clients/projects, client satisfaction, delivery of services and profitability.  Leads a team of technical specialists and support personnel and reports to Region Manager.

 

Job Requirements: Provides leadership to team of direct reports and undertakes the recruiting, selecting, training and developing a professional staff. Manages the sales efforts of the office.Represents the firm within the community and to existing clients and potential clients. Ensures excellence in completion of project assignments. Responsible for financial performance of the office. Ensures office works productively with other operations to share resources and to effectively offer the firm's full service capabilities in the Atlanta metropolitian area. Must have appropriate professional registration in the State of Georgia.

 

Other Required Skills: Familiarity with the consulting business; general business management skills; personable and out-going; technically competent in chosen professional field; ability to travel and visit project sites; excellent communication skills; proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite Software; knowledge of the Atlanta Metropolitian area with a well established business/client network.
