Engineering Manager - Wind Farm/Utility/Supervise 85-105 K/yr

Engineering Manager needed immediately in Texas to lead the Engineering Team consisting of Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Engineers in engineering and designing wind farm components such as roads, foundations, O&M buildings, electrical infrastructure, including substations, underground and overhead cabling as well as wind turbine design. Requires minimum 10-15 yrs of proven utility or industrial experience that includes a proven track record of managing engineering teams producing designs and the ability to resolve design issues for large capital-industrial construction projects. Must have 5 years of Management experience plus the expertise and the necessary skills to interface with the Client and will be instrumental in delivering on time cost effective projects. Must be proficient with MSOffice and Outlook broad experience in design software, and the ability to manage the CAD drawing specialists to ensure that drawings consistent with industry practice are produced in time to suit the onsite construction schedule and procurement of materials.
